Designing a flawless e-commerce user experience for a cosmetic brand was interesting. The challenge was to find the right balance between the best practices when navigating an online store and the visual expectations of the fashion industry. At the same time, we developed a mini-site to support an informercial initiative. The sites delivered, we secured a yearly engagement to implement an online marketing strategy to increase traffic and sales.
