Pacific Digital Group
Pacific became in a few years a large company present in several countries. A website with a new look and feel was needed to support their growth and ambitions. SEO is the core of their business, but in the meantime, some opportunities helped them to become a creative powerhouse. The challenge with the site, besides design obviously, was to find the right balance to answer Norman Braun’s ambitious vision (CEO), George Stein’s expectations (Creative Director) and Allison’s needs (Director of Marketing). With this dynamic, I knew the right design would depend on a strong process, involving all stakeholders’ approval on strategic milestones along the way. It started with intensive brainstorming to hear all requests. Then we defined priorities and development phases to remain in the initial budget and timeline. Personas and users’ journeys helped the conversation and to define the expectations. Information architecture and a lot of wireframes brought us closer to the creative step. Design, great collaboration, and development get us where the client wanted to be. Now we are ready for phase II.
“He completely led us through the entire process, creating valuable deliverables ranging from personas to wireframes to design. He over-delivered and worked tirelessly throughout the project, including the development phase to ensure that we were happy with the finished product. He’s a consummate professional and his eye for design as well as his attention for detail was instrumental in the success of our project.”
